1.30 Days Money-Back and 18-Month Worry-Free Guarantee

You may return your undamaged product with all accessories and original packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, you should pay for the return shipping costs. If the reason for return is quality-related, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

2.Register VIP to have extended warranty

1.HOLIFE offers 18 months free warranty for handheld vacuum cleaner. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is 18 months starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service.

2.Customers can register VIP member to have extra 18 months warranty. The total warranty is 36 months for VIP member.

Note: Warranty extension is not valid for accessories of vacuum cleaner.

 

3.Missing items, wrong items or incorrect package sent

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.

For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1.Exchange or Replace an Item

If a wrong product was send to you, you can have a full refund or replacement, please confirm the shipping address for the replacement.

2.Exchange for damaged products

If your purchase arrives damaged or is not working.

Please offer sufficient proof of purchase and specific damage.

Have the replacement after confirmation RMA authorization of customer support.

Note: Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issues.

HOLIFE will pay for the return cost if the product needs to be returned for investigation.

 

4.About Incorrect or Missing Items

Offer the Order ID, a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Customer support will resend the missing or correct part free of charge.

 

5.Return & Refund

If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund.

The Return can only be initiated after the authorization of customer support of HOLIFE

Returns must include all accessories

Items must include original packaging

3.Process of Return

Customers offer Return Reason and Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from customer support of HOLIFE

Write the RMA Number on the package and Return to the address offered by customer support

Get the refund or replacement after offering the receipt within 24 hours.

Note: For non-quality related return reason, the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable.
